Customer Care Team

Unlike many estate agents, our Customer Care Team is available seven days a week, meaning we are in touch with more buyers. More buyers means more activity and this ultimately leads to faster sales and higher prices for our clients. Our Customer Care Team can be contacted by telephone until 8pm Monday to Friday, 6pm on a Saturday and between 10am and 2pm on a Sunday. This means our customers have the added convenience of being able to contact us at a time that suits them.

Property viewing

Looking around someone else’s property and working out if it’s what you want, is not as easy as it sounds. If you’re viewing for the first time, it can be especially challenging.

All Sarah Mains Sales Consultants are aware of this and will do everything they can to give you all the local information you will need before you attend your viewings. They are on hand to answer your questions and, if necessary, will do further research  if they can’t provide you with an answer on the spot. It’s all very well falling in love with a place, but your final decision as to whether you buy it has to be an informed one.

Once you have viewed a property, one of our Sales Consultants will call you to see what you thought about it and, if it is not your dream home, they will refine their search for you on the basis of the feedback you give them.

Our recommendation is that you take notes on every viewing and we have even left a space in our property details for you to do this. That way, you can weigh up the advantages and disadvantages when the time comes for a decision to be made.
