Landlords have different requirements and we can cater to all of them.

We will find a suitable tenant for your property, carry out full reference checks, compile all of the relevant paperwork including an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and set up a standing order mandate for all future rent payments.

Most of our customers, however, choose us to manage the letting process for them in its entirety. If you choose this option we will carry out all of the above along with a full and detailed inventory, including photographs, which will be updated every time there is a tenant change. 

We employ experienced property inspectors who will ensure that everything in the property is checked at the beginning of a tenancy, obtain the tenant’s signature and then continue to make visits on a quarterly basis to ensure that standards have been maintained.  We will collect the rent on a monthly basis and deliver it to your allocated account swiftly and efficiently. 

You and your tenant will be designated a personal property manager who will supply you with regular reports, solve any problems and organize any necessary maintenance and repairs with reputable contractors.  Rest assured, you will be in safe hands.

Practices and procedures are, quite correctly, rigorous: they are there to protect you and your property, as well as your tenant. However, failure to comply can incur large fines and, at worst, custodial sentences.

We will also help you through the often complicated changes in regulations and law, with best practice advice and guidance. It can sometimes be unclear how regulations affect you, so we will be there, at hand, to explain.
