About the Role

Sarah Mains are seeking an ambitious, personable, and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.
 

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the lettings business forward. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process.
 

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and professional individual who thrives in a target-led environment and takes pride in building strong relationships while contributing to the overall success of Sarah Mains.

Key Responsibilities

● Registering new applicants and understanding their requirements 
● Arranging and conducting property viewings 
● Negotiating lettings agreements between landlords and tenants 
● Managing and progressing tenancies from offer to move-in 
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants 
● Achieving and exceeding monthly lettings targets 
● Ensuring compliance with all letting’s legislation and company procedures 
● Supporting the wider sales and lettings team when required

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

● Previous experience in Lettings Negotiation 
● Organised and proactive
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Confident, professional with a customer-focused approach
● Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and target-driven attitude
● Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
● Full UK driving licence
● Right to work in the UK
