Referral Fee Schedule and Disclosure

We’re committed to being open about how we work with trusted partners. In some cases, we may receive a referral fee or other benefit when we recommend third-party service providers. We only recommend providers that we genuinely believe offer a suitable service and you are under no obligation to use these providers.

What this means:

• A referral fee is a payment or benefit we may receive for introducing you to a service provider.
• The fee is paid by the provider, not by you, and does not affect the service you receive.
• Our recommendations are made in good faith; we do not receive extra fees for choosing one provider over another.

Current Referral Fee Schedule:

Conveyancing:

• Convey With Me & Move With Us - £150 to £200 per transaction.

Utilities and moving services:

• Notify - £20 per switch.

Surveying:

• SDL Surveyors - £60 to £85 per completed survey

Important Notes:

• Referral fees are subject to change; the amounts listed are indicative at the time of writing.
• You are free to choose your own provider if you prefer, and we will still provide our services without bias.
