We are expanding and looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our successful Estate Agency team. The Role

You will be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients introduced through our estate agency, guiding them  eamlessly from first enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs
● Advise on protection products including life cover, critical illness, income protection, and home insurance
● Manage and convert high-quality leads generated by the estate agency
● Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
● Ensure full compliance with FCA and company standards
● Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

● Minimum of 1 years Industry experience
● Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
● Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
● Experience working with estate agency leads (desirable but not essential)
● Full UK Driving Licence
